Here at Sweet Sweets UK, we have made our delivery process as simple as possible. We use the reliable courier DPD (sometimes Royal Mail) to deliver packages to you. They provide a quality service and they take extra good care of your sweets! We aim to process and despatch all orders within 2-3 working days (it's is usually much less than that though). Once your order has been collected from us by our couriers it will then be left to them to bring your orders to your doors. Please note that orders outside of mainland UK may longer to deliver and international orders may take even longer.
You will receive a notification via e-mail stating that your order is on its way. We all always strive to get your parcels to you as quickly as possible, but sometimes it is out of our hands. This can be down to the couriers being busier than usual or adverse weather conditions, but rest assured every step is taken to provide you with the service you deserve.
Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly (including the postcode) as we use an automated system to create our delivery labels. This will ensure that your order is delivered to the correct location without any issues. As delivery addresses are not checked by our team, we can't be held responsible for any errors made by the couriers relating to incorrect addresses being given.

We've kept this very simple.
Standard UK Delivery -
It is vital that someone is at your delivery address to sign for your order. Our couriers can deliver at almost any point of the day. This excludes bank holidays. Deliveries can be made to both business and residential addresses. If they are unable to deliver to your address because no-one is present to sign for it, it will be returned to the nearest depot and you will be notified and asked for further instructions on how to have the delivery re-attempted. If arrangements for delivery are not completed in 2-3 working days your parcel will be returned back to us; this will incur a further delivery charge if you wish to have the parcel resent. If there are any special requirements regarding your delivery address, please ensure that you inform us of them before you place your order as a surcharge may incur.
Please note that we don't use refrigerated transport. Please bear this in mind when ordering goods such as chocolate which may be vulnerable to damage through exposure to hear. We are not liable for damages such as this during transport.
