Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your sweets without delay.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Estimated delivery time is 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Shipping Rates

Orders under £45 – £3.99 delivery

Orders £45 and over – FREE UK delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Dispatch Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Tracking

All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

Multiple Items

If your order contains a combination of pick n mix pouches and branded sweets, items may occasionally arrive in separate parcels depending on how they are fulfilled.

You will only be charged one delivery fee at checkout.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect address details.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail.
