Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products being food items, we are unable to accept returns once items have been dispatched and delivered.
Food products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the issue so we can investigate and resolve the problem.
Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel is confirmed as lost by Royal Mail, we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of food products.
